THE TALE OF ONE JOHNNY NO NAME

A most peculiar lad has suddenly burst onto the music scene. He may look curiously like a member from a well known pop group that is red hot right now, but rest assured, their looks are the only thing these two multi-talented performers have in common.
Every night he storms the stage like it's his last performance. Every night he ignites the crowd with his sizzling vocals and sets the place ablaze with his searing sexuality. Every night he's full of surprises and you're never quite sure what you're gonna get...but know this:
Every night he's Johnny No Name and he's gonna blow your mind.
He was born to a single parent in Manchester, England in the late seventies. When Johnny was just a wee lad, he and his mum moved to the states. They settled in Nashville, TN., home of the grand ole'opry. It was here that Johnny sowed his wild musical oats. Perhaps because he thrived on being different and most importantly looking different from his peers, Johnny didn't have very many friends. So instead of pissing his time away with lads his own age, Johnny gravitated towards an older crowd, an older musical crowd, to be exact. It was with these musicians that Johnny learned how to play his now famous 2 string guitar. Never one to be very mainstream he decided that 2 sounded better than 6 and so perfected his craft. Just as the "powers that be" were beginning to sit up and take notice of this enigma in their midst, an incident of false identity landed Johnny in jail. During the year of his unfortunate incarceration, Johnny met the guys who (upon their release) would become the Johnny No Name band.
Once everyone was present and accounted for, Johnny was able to take his act on the road. However there was one stipulation: he would have to be escorted, in handcuffs, to and from the stage by his traveling parole officer, a large and ominous looking figure by the name of Uncle Marshmellow. However, in the midst of it all, this bad boy remains the consumate "lady's man". Night after night finds all kinds of intimate female apparel being flung at the stage in hopes of landing near or on this lady killer. Yet, for all of his outrageous behavior, this man of a thousand faces has a heart of gold. Johnny believes in giving back. It is to that end that proceeds from all of his concerts go to charity. His first Hard Rock Live performance in January of 2000, raised upwards of $40,000.00 for VH-1's Save The Music Foundation. Their most recent jaunt, a "9 City Swang", took Johnny and his band across the map all the while raising in excess of $50,000.00 for charity.
Fans know to expect the unexpected when they are spending the night with Johnny No Name. Much like Johnny, each show is a unique spectacle unto itself. And while his fans fully embrace his knack for the strange and unusual, two things remain unwaveringly consistent. Every performance will be full of Johnny's energy, karma and soul. And he will leave his good friends at the end of their evening together with these parting words:
"Be cool, Be real & Behave, Baby".
